This beautiful home was built upon the structure of a small house that was originally built in the 1960s. Putnam Builders took the old structure down to the studs and added a large addition. During the project the ceiling and roof were raised and the entire home was remodeled and updated to current electrical, HVAC, and plumbing code.
Putnam Builders raised the curling height and expanded the kitchen to house the big 12’ center island. All decking was switched over to Trex and the house was equipped with top-of-the-line energy efficient HVAC systems and the latest and greatest in on-demand hot water systems. Putnam Builders also installed a new roof and remodeled the boat house.
