Introduction: Let’s Get to Know Each Other. In our Initial Meeting, You will Bring a Preliminary Drawing from an Architect or Designer, or Simply an idea & We Meet With One of Our Preferred Architects and Designers. While it’s not Required, we Prefer to be Part of the PreDesign Process to Help Guide You on the Most Efficient ways to Realize your Vision.
Site Acquisition: We help you find, evaluate and acquire the perfect site for your new project It's a competitive market so knowledge and speed are critical. Through a collaborative process between the architects, construction managers and clients we develop a design that fits your goals and budget.

Bidding: Once we have Preliminary Construction Documents drawn up by an Architect or Designer, we then put Together a Bid Proposal, putting Actual numbers to Your Project. We Do not Rely on “One Size Fits All” Square-foot Pricing for Our Projects. Our Itemized Bids allow You to Understand Exactly how we Arrived at Our total Cost, and make it Easier to find areas for Savings when Necessary. This is when we Meet with Subcontractors and Engineering for Accurate Pricing. Once the Design and Budget have been Finalized and Approved we go to Contract. Now we’re Ready to Submit for Permitting to Start Construction.
Construction: Your Project Begins with Permitting, Ordering Materials and Scheduling of Construction and Services. We use BuilderTrend Software and Keep in Close Communication Throughout the Construction Phase of Your Project. We Update BuilderTrend in Real time to Provide Cost Records and Construction Status to You Regularly, Both to Keep you Informed and Your Project on Budget.
Project Closeout: Once the Construction is Complete We do a Walkthrough with You and Create a Punch List. Once the Punch List is Completed and We’ve Done The Final Walkthrough We Present you With Your Warranty Book and Your One Year Warranty Begins. Now that you've made your dream a reality you can move in and enjoy your Custom Home, School or Commercial Property for many years to come.
